With our simple, engaging app, you can visit with your doctor from the comfort of your home, at work or on the go — from your phone or computer.
If at any point you need specialist attention or to be seen in person, your Virtual Primary Care Team will guide you to appropriate in-network virtual or community providers.

Jane brings over 25 years of experience in Family Medicine to the practice.
She has spent most of her career practicing in medically underserved settings where she enjoyed building relationships with families and their communities. She has had the opportunity to create and manage two outpatient clinics and has served as medical director of a community health center and a nursing facility.
Previously, Jane served as chief medical officer and sole provider for 2,000 patients at the Rockbridge Area Health Center. She also was the founder and co-owner of Tidewater Family Medicine, where she created and managed the outpatient primary care office. Additionally, Jane was co-owner and administrator for Maury River Family Practice, which brought care to medically underserved areas of Rockbridge County, Virginia.
Jane holds an M.D. from The Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.
Sydney was born and raised in eastern Wyoming/western Nebraska. She graduated from Wichita State University with her Master of Physician Assistant degree in 2016. From there she worked at a family practice clinic in Oklahoma. Recently, she and her husband moved back to Wichita to be close to his family. Sydney enjoys the holistic aspect of family medicine. She enjoys seeing newborn visits to palliative care, management of acute and chronic conditions, and building relationships with her patients and their families. Her interests include traveling, going to the lake, spending time with friends and family, playing sports and other outdoor activities, and spending time with her pets.
Katelyn has been a nationally certified medical assistant for 7 years. Based in Virginia, Katelyn brings experience as a medical, dental and nursing assistant and is well-versed in both clinical and front-office tasks. When not working, Katelyn spends time with her husband and two children.
Jennylin is a health navigator for the Centivo Virtual Primary Care practice.
She has more than 15 years of experience in the medical field and is well-versed in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.
Jennylin speaks English and Spanish.
