Centivo Virtual Primary Care is a convenient alternative to in-person primary care.
With our easy-to-use app, you can visit with your doctor from the comfort of your home, at work or on the go — from your phone or computer.
If at any time you need to be seen in person, your Virtual Primary Care Team will guide you to in-person care with a local in-network provider.

Family Medicine
Dr. Sailer is a physician in Centivo’s Virtual Primary Care practice.
Jane brings over 25 years of experience in Family Medicine to the practice.
She has spent most of her career practicing in medically underserved settings where she enjoyed building relationships with families and their communities. She has had the opportunity to create and manage two outpatient clinics and has served as medical director of a community health center and a nursing facility.
Previously, Jane served as chief medical officer and sole provider for 2,000 patients at the Rockbridge Area Health Center. She also was the founder and co-owner of Tidewater Family Medicine, where she created and managed the outpatient primary care office. Additionally, Jane was co-owner and administrator for Maury River Family Practice, which brought care to medically underserved areas of Rockbridge County, Virginia.
Jane holds an M.D. from The Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University.
Physician Assistant
Alexis is a physician assistant in the Centivo Virtual Primary Care practice.
She has more than 16 years of experience in primary care medicine.
She has served as a medical provider and patient educator in a variety of healthcare settings, including local clinics and U.S. Embassy Health centers overseas.
She completed her physician assistant and public health master's degrees at The George Washington University.
Practice and Product Manager
Meghan is the Centivo Virtual Primary Care practice and product manager.
Meghan brings a wealth of experience in digital media, project management and customer support to her role.
Most recently, she was an account manager at TotallyInfused Digital Marketing. She previously was director of digital resources and operations analyst for Multiply Health and served as a project manager for the launch and operation of a direct primary care practice, managing content and digital tools.
The author of historical fiction and contemporary thrillers, Meghan holds a B.F.A. in creative writing from Belhaven University and an M.S. in library and information science from Simmons University.
